  • Kernels pass through a vibrating screen to remove dust, broken pieces, and impurities
  • Clean kernels are then transferred to the vacuum packing system
  • Air is removed from the package to:
    • Reduce oxidation
    • Prevent moisture contamination
    • Extend shelf life
