Description: The Steaming System is used to thermally treat raw cashew nuts before the shelling process, softening the shell to facilitate easier separation and reduce kernel breakage.

Working principle:

The system operates using saturated steam under controlled pressure and temperature. Cashew nuts are steamed for a specific duration to ensure uniform conditioning before proceeding to the next processing stage.
