RAW CASHEW GRADER
Description: The system is designed to grade raw cashew nuts before steaming or before feeding into the shelling section.
Working principle:
- It features a single grading drum divided into multiple sections with different mesh sizes, enabling separation into various size grades within one integrated system.
- After feeding, the material moves along the grading drum; smaller nuts fall into their respective sections, while larger nuts continue to the final discharge outlet.
Purpose:
- Ensure uniform size feeding
- Improve steaming and shelling efficiency
- Stabilize the overall production line
