PEELING MACHINE SYSTEM
Description: The Peeling System is designed to remove the thin testa skin surrounding the cashew kernel after the drying process.
Working Principle: The system operates based on friction combined with air pressure or vibration to separate the testa from the kernel without affecting its quality or shape. After peeling, the mixture of kernels and testa is transferred to a suction and separation system to completely remove the skin from the final product.
Purpose:
- Completely remove the testa skin
- Increase whole kernel recovery rate
- Ensure proper color and commercial quality
- Prepare kernels for grading and packing
