Description: The “1 Cutting Head – 1 Separation Line” configuration is a standard setup in cashew processing, where each cutting head is directly connected to an individual separation line. This design optimizes operation and improves product quality control.
Working principle: After cutting, the cashew nuts are transferred directly to the corresponding separation line. Here, kernels and shells are separated through vibrating, blowing, or screening mechanisms. Having one separation line per cutting head helps reduce congestion and improves processing efficiency.
